The camp is open to ALL middle and high school students (grades 6-12). There are a few spots left in each session – register today!

Session 1 Dates: June 12-14 (9:00 a.m. – 4 p.m. daily)

Session 2 Dates: June 29-30 (8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. daily)

Location: WVU Tech Campus, Beckley, WV

Registration Fee (includes two meals each day and a WVU Tech T-Shirt):

Session 1: $225

Session 2: $235

You can complete payment for the registration fee online using our  forensic camp registration and payment form.

Completed payment will secure the student’s space in the camp.

Topics that will be covered include:

Criminal Justice

Fingerprints (taught by the FBI)

Bloodstain Pattern Analysis

Firearms and Toolmarks

Footwear and Tire Tread Impressions

Death Investigation

Crime Scene Investigation

Students will participate in a cadaver dog workshop taught by the WV K-9 Recovery Team and get to put their skills to the test on the last day of camp by investigating a mock crime scene at our new crime scene house.
